- Creating a database for highly qualified employees.
- Identifying critical jobs that may suddenly become vacant, disrupt essential operations, and harm the entity’s ability to provide services.
- Developing training programs to enhance competencies at the university, supervised by current managers, to equip employees with the necessary expertise and skills for leadership continuity and institutional performance in targeted roles, in coordination with relevant authorities.
- Assisting in providing alternatives for employees with the capabilities and competencies to fill supervisory positions.
Training and Development Unit:
Tasks:
- Implementing policies to train and develop the skills and capabilities of human resources at the university, ensuring their efficiency and effectiveness are increased.
- Creating a database for training and development for university employees.
- Developing a plan for the training needs of administrative staff based on performance indicators and job duties.
- Organizing training courses and workshops to enhance the technical and practical skills of university administrative employees.
Delegation and Scholarship Unit:
Tasks:
- Proposing the annual plan for sending and delegating university employees after coordinating with relevant authorities.
- Setting rules, policies, and mechanisms for sending and delegating, and ensuring their implementation.
- Creating a database for internal and external delegates and scholarship recipients.
- Monitoring the academic and periodic status of delegates and scholarship recipients.
- Receiving requests from delegates and scholarship recipients, and offering support and guidance through the university website and e-mail.
Job Performance Unit:
Tasks:
- Preparing the annual plan for evaluating the job performance of university employees.
- Ensuring the integrity of the performance evaluation process and adhering to the regulations governing it.
- Issuing a list of employees classified by performance (excellent, very good, good, satisfactory, and unsatisfactory).
- Identifying employees with low performance and developing improvement plans in coordination with relevant authorities.
