At the beginning of 1441, the faculty and staff management faced complex challenges in all its units as the ERP came into effect and moved from paperwork to electronic work throughout the year, shifting from manual labour and data processing and documentation to a breakthrough in digital transformation.  

 

These achievements can be summarized for incoming and outgoing transactions to the Mayor through the My Treatment Program for 1441-1442 :

 

Figure (1) shows the number of incoming and outgoing transactions for the Faculty and Employee Affairs Subject during the year 1441-1442 e, which amounted to 34,927 transactions.

 In order to ensure the effective functioning of all departments and units, optimize the use of staff and the efficiency of human resources management, the Office is concerned with involving all its staff members, each in their capacity, in the performance of their duties or units; To share knowledge, ensure completion of the work and the idea of rotating the work between its employees, the mayor transforms the transactions to units electronically; To ensure follow-up and involvement; To reach the goals and duties of the Mayor.

Achievements

All salary and allowances for faculty and staff shall be disbursed as follows:

  • Monthly benefits, such as salaries, allowances, and leave entitlements.
  • Preparation and performance of other benefits, such as education allowance and a young university.
  • Late salary payments and assignments. Salary adjustments include deductions, disbursement, and promotions.
  • Set up undue refund letters. Register marches on an accreditation platform.

"The authority undertakes all procedures for hiring Saudis and contracting non-Saudis, as well as procedures for acquiring Saudis for various items, which include the enumeration, documentation, conformity, advertisement, and follow-up of recruitment, contracting, transfer, and documentation procedures.

 

: Achievements

  In order to enable and accelerate the digital transformation process, the Dean is keen to use the university's archiving system (Flash Laser), Archives all the administrative and financial letters and movements of staff of the University.

The functions of the Archiving Unit can be specified as follows:

  1. Archive paper transactions of all kinds.
  2. Set up data entry specification for each transaction type.
  3. Building a paper-based database of the University's staff in accordance with documentation and archiving systems
